How can I assist you?
First meeting
During the first meeting, you tell me what exactly you want from therapy. From my side, I assess the realism of the request and explain how it can be achieved. I also explain how psychotherapy is structured so that we have a shared understanding of what we are doing.
1 session
Defining therapy goals
Determination of approximate therapy timelines
Assessment of potential interfering factors
What is your contribution
Awareness I
Here, we explore with you how exactly a problematic situation is created in your life that bothers you. Special attention is paid to quick automated actions that you do not notice, such as suppressing emotions, ignoring needs, and using limiting beliefs.
during therapy
Modeling the problem situation
Tracking of automated actions and thoughts
Definition of the functions of these automatisms

deautomation
Awareness II
In between sessions, you start noticing how you perform those automatic actions that you identified in the previous step. While you can't stop them yet, merely being aware of what you're doing and why helps you treat yourself with more respect and acceptance in these moments.
between sessions
Gradual de-automatization of behavior
Respect for the needs that are met through automatisms
new ways
alternative behavior
At this step, you create alternative ways to meet the needs which the "problematic" behavior addresses. For example, if it was created to avoid certain emotions, then at this stage, you will learn how to manage emotions so that they do not have to be avoided.
Once a new way of satisfying these needs is formed, the problematic automatic behavior becomes unnecessary and disappears.
during therapy
New care for old needs
Expansion of behavioral repertoire

that's all
Final meeting
At the last meeting, we discusse with you whether all the tasks is resolved, and we say goodbye for each other.
