Mindful Relationships
A Psychotherapy Group to help you communicate in new ways

A Small Society
The psychotherapy group is like a miniature society where participants can clearly see their habitual communication strategies and explore them at a slow and thoughtful pace, supported by our professional guidance.
Freedom to Experiment
The processes unfolding in the group do not affect life outside of it. This makes it safe to experiment with new ways of behaving without the risk of harming meaningful relationships outside.
Authenticity
Group members are not bound by rigid social roles and are not dependent on one another, which creates space for honest feedback about how others experience your behavior.
